Vietnam's highest mountain, Fansipan ( 3143m ) is a challenging 13 km trek.You have a choice between a one to three day trip. The trek takes you through bamboo forests and jungle.From the top you can see amazing views of the surrounding area.
Day 1 : Sapa ( 1600m ) - Camp 1 ( 2200m )
Start the trip to conquer Fansipan mountain,the highest peak in Vietnam. Around 9h30 AM you take the bus to the highest pass in Vietnam , TramTon Pass located 2100m above sea level .From the pass you will start the trek to the peak!It takes about 6 hours of trekking through bamboo forests.jungle and small streams to reach camp(2200m) .Then time to set up camp,enjoy dinner and spend your first night on the mountain.
Day 2 : Camp 1 to the Summet of Fansipan ( 3143m
Hopefully after a good nights sleeps it’s time for breakfast then continue climbing to the summit through pine and yellow bamboo forests. After 4 hours you will reach the mountain peak. Spend time enjoying the beautiful views around the mountain.Now it’s back to camp.
Camp 1 ( 2200m) to Sapa
It’s now time to head down the mountain to visit Sin Chai village, home of the Black H’Mong people.After taking this different route down it’s time to go back to Sapa by bus or jeep.
